A fun, interactive game designed to be used either as a fun initial quiz – “how much do you know about Direct Debit?” to benchmark existing Direct Debit understanding or to check understanding post taking the e-courses – “how much have I learnt?”

Starting from London, try to pilot a hot air balloon to Paris, then Venice, Dubai, Hong Kong and then finally Sydney by correctly answering questions on increasingly difficult areas of Direct Debiting to thoroughly test your product knowledge.

The Great Balloon Race can be played individually from the training portal or can be adapted for companies to run in-house as part of internal training and development programmes.
