Messaging tool We’ve created a unique customer messaging tool to help you find the best ways to convert your customers to Direct Debit. It might not be as scientific as our targeting tool but it is a great way to get an informed snapshot, to tailor your messages to the right audience.
By selecting a different demographic classification or bill payment type, we can tell you what percentage of this group is likely to be a preferer, selective or reluctant. (Note: The percentages do not add up to 100 per cent as we have excluded will nots and cannots.)
