Promoting Direct Debit

Getting paid on time can make a significant difference to your overall profitability

Direct Debit is the safest and most cost effective method of getting paid there is. Not just when collecting money from customers - but also for getting paid for goods and services you supply to other businesses.

We've been promoting Direct Debit for many years and have compiled some useful information which may help you when considering your marketing campaigns.

Targeting tools
In partnership with Experian, we have developed a suite of propensity models that you can use to identify which of your customers are more inclined to pay by Direct Debit.

Using the logo
Direct Debit is already recognised by organisations and consumers as the easiest way to pay. So to maximise your use of the service, the distinctive Direct Debit logo should be used across as wide a range of media as possible. It must be included on all Direct Debit Instructions and should be featured in all literature promoting Direct Debit.
