Each year Bacs works with Ipsos-MORI to conduct vast amounts of research. The information gathered forms the basis for the Bacs annual Consumer Payments Survey (CPS) report and provides a fascinating insight into life in Great Britain.

The data uncovered highlights patterns in the use of automated payments and changes in the volume of transactions processed each year. Importantly, it also provides an overview of shifts in the behaviour of GB adults when it comes to financial matters and modern day life.
