What are the entry requirements?

The Direct Debit Challenge League is only open to local authorities and their staff. Additional logins can be obtained by emailing servicedesk@bacsservices.co.uk. Your email address will be verified to ensure that you are a local authority representative, and your unique password emailed to you.
