Call centre employees who sign customers up to Direct Debit and handle Direct Debit enquiries.

Course content

On successful completion of the course your employees will be able to promote the benefits of Direct Debit to your customers and understand, resolve or act on any general customer queries relating to Direct Debit.

This 30 minute course includes:

• An introduction to Direct Debit
• How a Direct Debit is set up at a bank
• How the first and subsequent Direct Debit collections are made
• The benefits of Direct Debit to the customer.
