Direct Debit Indemnity Claim Automation (DDICA) goes live!

Bacs has taken the opportunity to automate one of the last remaining paper based processes associated with Direct Debit, the handling of indemnity claims. With effect from 18 October 2010 the automated process is now live.

In order to access the Direct Debit Indemnity Claim challenge contact list you will need to log onto the password protected area of this site. You will then be able to follow the additional links that appear in grey text in the left hand navigational menu, below the "DDICA" tab. If you haven't yet applied for your password do so now.
