When did you last check that your contact details on the Payment Services website were correct?
If your answer is “don’t know” or “over 3 months ago” then you should check them straight away.
It’s your responsibility to ensure your details are accurate and kept up to date. So check them today and make sure you are fulfilling your obligations.
If your details are incorrect you won’t receive email notifications that Bacs reports are available for downloading and actioning. Signing up for the email notification is a good way of ensuring you don’t forget to collect your reports.
In addition you would be missing out on important Bacs communications, amedments to the Scheme Rules and reminders about non processing days and bank holidays.
