If you have subscribed to receive email communications via this website then you can unsubscribe from receiving them here.

However, you may be receiving email communications because you are a primary security contact (PCS) on the payment services website (PSW). You are sent these messages because they are operational messages relating to the Bacs process and as a PSC you need to be aware of this information.

If you are no longer a PSC or you are a PSC and your contact details have changed then you will need to make these changes yourself on the PSW. If you cannot do this or do not know how to do this contact your sponsoring bank.
