Our latest masterclass for service users took place recently (March) in London, offering another opportunity for those organisations which use Bacs’ products to learn about latest developments, and speak directly to members of the team.
The event attracted representatives from over 30 organisations, with a whole host of topics being covered, ranging from training and compliance to paperless Direct Debit. Once again, the masterclass received great feedback, underlining the importance of engaging with stakeholders in a format which provides the maximum value.
March’s masterclass was the fourth we’ve hosted, both in the capital and elsewhere in the UK, as we increase the ways in which we communicate with service users and other stakeholders. So far, these sessions have attracted nearly 200 attendees from 120 organisations.
And, we will be heading to Newcastle on 23 May to run a similar event, while we will also be hosting a dedicated event for facilities management organisations the day before (22 May), in the same city.
As ever, we will be tailoring the sessions to ensure that they deliver for delegates and will be using feedback from previous events to further hone the information we deliver, through the likes of presentations and break-out discussions. Importantly, members of the team will be on hand to answer questions and offer advice, something which we know has been particularly useful to previous attendees.
