Operating the Schemes during Covid-19
We have introduced a temporary rule change to help organisations during Covid-19.
The temporary change was introduced in June 2020 and relates to the provision of non-AUDDIS Direct Debit Instructions to paying payment service providers (PSPs). This means non-AUDDIS service users are allowed to send password protected scanned copies of Direct Debit Instructions via email to paying PSPs for the duration of the pandemic.
A document outlining the temporary procedures and details of those PSPs that accept non-AUDDIS Direct Debit Instructions using this method can be found below. Not all paying PSPs are able to offer this facility and we will be updating the list of email addresses in the document regularly throughout the duration of the rule change.
